Welcome to Mizzica Mangiatoria. By using our website or booking a table with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• For groups of more than 10 people or private functions, please contact us directly.
• A deposit may be required for large bookings or special events.

2. Cancellations

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. 
• Deposits may be forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations, depending on event size or agreement.

3. Functions & Events

• Custom menus and pricing will be confirmed prior to your event. 
• Final guest numbers are required at least 48 hours before the booking date. 
• Any damages or excessive cleaning costs incurred during an event may be charged to the organiser.

4. Payment

• We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, and cash payments. 
• All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

5. Licensed Venue

• Mizzica Mangiatoria is a fully licensed venue. 
• No outside food or alcohol is permitted without prior approval. 
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any person in accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA).

6. Website Use

• All content on this website, including text and images, is the property of Mizzica Mangiatoria. 
• You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
